Luminary Track
Affiliate schools who are ready to more deeply engage in the renewal process join our Luminary Track. This is an invitation-only pathway to flourishing. Beginning at the Associate level, schools grow through a process of guided examination of each of the six Pillars of Excellence:

Curriculum
At each stage on the Luminary Track journey schools gains access to more resources (Monthly Workshops, Vendor discounts and the PCEN Career Center), as well as deeper discounts on events and coaching services, and increasing priority for receiving donor-funded grants to fuel their growth.

To become a member, we invite you to complete our assessment
Associate
Those at the first stage of the Luminary Track journey are Associates. These schools are assigned a School Mentor who will walk alongside the school leader in a period of intensive coaching as they:

assess their school's progress in renewal with our School Examen Guide,

identify areas for growth, and
-
prepare for an onsite visit by a member of the SJHNI team and promotion to the Partner or Master level.
Partner
Partner schools are know their strengths and have a plan for steady, incremental improvement.
Empowered by greater access to grants, deeper discounts, and the continued support of a School Mentor, they have established themselves as excellence in one or two areas of school operations and are progressing toward Master, or even Luminary, school status.
Master
Master schools are regional models, mentors, and thought leaders for other schools within the PCEN and broader renewal of Catholic education.
These schools have reached exemplary achievement in three or more areas of operational excellence. Their successes are sustained and deepened by even greater discounts and higher preference for donor grants, including special exposure and promotion to donors.
Luminary
Luminary Schools have reached the pinnacle of excellence in renewal. These schools are time-tested veterans who demonstrate exemplary achievement throughout the Pillars of Excellence of the School Renewal Guide.
Schools attaining Luminary status serve as national models of excellence. Luminary schools continue to engage in continuous improvement while also serving as mentors to fellow PCEN schools, receiving promoted to major donors, and partnering with JHNI at the highest level of thought leadership and innovation.
